The Candidbell service

Candidbell provides software workflows for service businesses, including owner-presented customer consent flows, optional post-service feedback invitations, follow-up records, and related documents. Features and availability can vary by the configuration of the service business using the workflow.

Pricing and payment status

The public pricing page currently lists plan prices and directs visitors to account creation. At publication, this app has no active checkout or payment route and does not itself process a payment. Accordingly, no automatic renewal, cancellation, refund, or payment arrangement is activated or promised by this app. Any future payment terms will be presented before they apply.

Optional SMS feedback consent

The participating service business is the sender identified in an owner-presented Candidbell consent flow. The business owner presents a customer-specific digital link during a real customer interaction, or offers a paper form. SMS consent is optional and is not required to purchase services.

Accept records optional consent. Decline records that the customer does not consent. Leaving a request unanswered does not create consent. The intended messages are post-service feedback invitations and related follow-ups, not promotional marketing. Message frequency varies with service activity, and message and data rates may apply.

A customer can reply STOP to stop messages. For help, reply HELP or contact the participating service business; this service does not promise an automated HELP response. The consent page and blank paper-form example do not themselves send an SMS or guarantee delivery.

Using the service

  • Provide information that is accurate and that you are authorized to provide.
  • Use customer-specific consent links only in the owner-presented service flow for which they were created.
  • Do not use Candidbell to send promotional SMS messages through the optional feedback consent flow or to bypass a customer opt-out.

Changes and contact

Candidbell may update these Terms when the service or its practices change. The effective date identifies the current version. Questions about these Terms can be sent to the operator at the contact above.

Proposed governing law

The proposed governing law for these Terms is the law of Virginia, subject to any later update to the operator or legal structure.
