Information Candidbell handles
Depending on the feature used, Candidbell may handle account details, business contact details, service-business and customer information entered by an owner, consent decisions, audit records, follow-up records, and messages sent to support.
The public SMS consent example uses placeholders. Downloading its blank paper form does not create SMS consent and does not add customer information to Candidbell.
The app includes a page-view beacon. When a deploy supplies the required analytics identifiers, each page load attempts a best-effort pixel request using a locally stored random visitor identifier and the app deployment slug. This policy does not state a server-side analytics retention period or claim analytics processing beyond that request behavior.
How information is used
- To provide and maintain the account, business, consent, feedback, document, and support workflows requested by users.
- To record customer choices, honor opt-outs, protect the service, troubleshoot problems, and keep operational records needed for those purposes.
- To respond manually to support and privacy requests.
Sharing and service providers
Candidbell shares personal information only with providers necessary to operate the requested service, such as hosting, database, authentication, email delivery, document generation, analytics when configured, and SMS workflow or delivery services when a business uses that feature. Candidbell does not sell or rent personal information.
Candidbell does not use SMS opt-in data for third-party marketing. No specific SMS vendor, certification, or processing location is stated here unless the current published setup substantiates it.
Retention
Candidbell keeps information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, an ongoing account or service relationship, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Consent and audit information may be kept to evidence customer choices and manage opt-outs. No fixed numeric retention period is promised in this policy.
Privacy requests
Send privacy questions or requests manually to support@candidbell.com. Candidbell may ask for reasonable information to verify the requester's identity before discussing or acting on account or customer information.
Policy updates
This policy may be updated when Candidbell changes its operation, providers, or information practices. The effective date at the top will identify the current version.
